By using the Santhe Customer app, you can get the best prices and support your local economy.

Yes. Santhe is absolutely FREE to use for everyone. You only pay when you buy products on the Santhe App.

You can currently buy a wide variety of products such as groceries, rice, grains, lentils, flours, salt, sugar, spices, cooking oils, ghee, coffee, tea, milk, dairy products, accompaniments, eggs, meat, fish, baking essentials, breakfast items, ready-to-cook and ready-to-eat meals, personal care products, health care items, home care products, vegetables, fruits, bread, biscuits, sweets, snacks, dry fruits, nuts, non-alcoholic beverages, baby care products, stationery, computer accessories, and mobile phones and accessories.

Yes, when you make a purchase on the Santhe App, you can pay using your preferred payment methods in a safe and secure way. You can trust that your payment information is kept secure and will not be shared with anyone or stored in our systems unless you give us permission.

In many situations, stores will bring your items to your home. However, sometimes you may need to collect them yourself. But don’t worry, before you buy, the Santhe app will clearly show you if the shop does home delivery or not. Then you can decide if you want to proceed with the purchase or not.

If you can’t find any shops on the Santhe App, it’s probably because no shops in your area have joined the Santhe Merchant App yet. We are working hard to get as many shops to sign up with us, so make sure to check the app regularly to see new shops in your feed.

Just go to the menu on the top left corner on the screen and tap on the edit icon next to your profile. You can then update your profile information.

You can find all your purchases on Santhe App in the “My Orders” section which you can find in the menu section on the top left corner of the screen. In this section you can easily filter all your orders by last 7 or 30 days or by specific dates. You can tap on an order summary to view the orders.

You can only cancel an order if the items in the order can be canceled and if the shop hasn’t started delivering the order. You can find these orders in the “Created” status and you can check if an item can be canceled or not in the product details screen before adding it to the cart and buying it.

If the items in your order can be returned, which means the shop accepts returns, only then can you return the item. Before adding an item to your cart and purchasing it, you can check whether it can be returned or not on the product details screen. The option to return the item will only be available once the order has been “Delivered” and the item can be returned. Also, you can only return the item within the time period set by the seller. When returning items, you will need to select a reason for the return and provide pictures as evidence to support your reason.

Santhe Merchant App is envisioned to support local economy by enabling local shops like grocery shop, Kirana store, provision store, departmental store, general store, minimart, local supermarket, stationery store, fruits and vegetables shops, chicken and mutton shops etc to easily take their business online, sell more and earn more profits. By selling online on Santhe Merchant App, the local shops can expand their business growth in this highly competitive world of e-commerce and quick commerce.

Any local shops like grocery shop, Kirana store, provision store, departmental store, general store, minimart, local supermarket, stationery store, pharmacy, medical stores, fruits and vegetables shops, chicken and mutton shops etc can take their business online, by registering on Santhe Merchant App.

It’s very simple. Just create your shop profile on Santhe Merchant App and add products to your product catalog. Once you have added many products to your product catalog, we will show your shop and your products to customers on Santhe App and they can buy your products. If the customers purchase your products, we will notify you on the app and you can then deliver the products to the customer and get payment.

Yes, when customers buy your products, Santhe handles the payment for you. Santhe will transfer the money to your bank account only after the customer receives the order or, in the case of self-pickup, after the customer picks up the order. Additionally, the payment will only be settled after the return period has passed. The settlement amount will be calculated deducting the Santhe fees and any applicable returns.

No. Although, we suggest that you do home delivery when possible. You can indicate the home delivery option in your profile and you can also choose the minimum order value for free home delivery and add delivery changes if the minimum order value is not reached.

If you haven’t received any orders yet from the Santhe App, it could be because there aren’t any active customers in the area where your products can be delivered. To reach more customers, you can expand the area where you offer delivery and inform your existing customers and visitors to your shop that you are now available on the Santhe App.

You can find all your customer orders in the “Orders” section of the Santhe Merchant App. In this section all orders are grouped in different tabs based on the status as “New”, “In Delivery”, “Delivered”, “Cancelled” or “Returns”. Yes you can. Once a customer purchases your product, you can see the order details in the “New” tab. For reasons like out of stock or not being able to do home delivery etc, you can cancel the order. However, please be aware that there won’t be any payment for cancelled orders and if you cancel orders frequently, we will have to block your account and do not show your products anymore to customers on Santhe App.

Yes customers can cancel an order only if the item is marked as “Cancellable” by you when you added that item to your product catalog and when the order is still in “New” status. If the order is already in “In Delivery” or “Delivered” status, the customer will not be able to cancel that order. Please be aware that you will not be paid for cancelled orders. So, start the delivery process as soon as the order is received so that you can avoid cancellations.

Customers can return an item only if you have specified that the item can be returned and have set a specific time period for the return after the product has been delivered. When customers want to return an item, we will notify you and you can find these orders in the “returns” tab in the Orders section. You can view the return request for a particular order and then choose whether to accept or decline the return. If you decide to decline the return request, you must provide a clear reason for not accepting it.
