This section displays your customer orders in various tabs, each tab representing a different order status. Below are the different tabs and their corresponding order statuses that you can find in the Orders section on the Santhe Merchant App.

  1. “New” Orders : This tab shows all the new orders from customers. These are the orders that you haven’t started delivering yet. Just keep in mind that only orders in this status can be cancelled either by the customer or by you. So, the sooner you start delivering the orders, the lower the chances of cancellations.
  2. Orders “In Delivery”: These are the orders that are currently being delivered, but have not been delivered yet. Usually, these orders have statuses such as packed, ready for pick up, out for delivery, or contacted customer for pick up etc
  3. “Completed” Orders: These are the customer orders that have been delivered to the customer or were picked up by the customer for “Self pick up” orders.
  4. “Cancelled” Orders: In this section, you can view the list of all orders that have been cancelled. Cancellations can be initiated either by you or the customer. If an order is cancelled, you will not receive any payment for that particular order.
  5. Orders with “Returns” : In this section, you can find all the orders that have a return request or have already been returned. Returns usually happen when you agree to accept order returns and customers decide to return the product after you have delivered it.
