Yes you can. Once a customer purchases your product, you can see the order details in the “New” tab. For reasons like out of stock or not being able to do home delivery etc, you can cancel the order. Yes customers can cancel an order only if the item is marked as “Cancellable” by you when you added that item to your product catalog and when the order is still in “New” status. If the order is already in “In Delivery” or “Delivered” status, the customer will not be able to cancel that order. Please be aware that you will not be paid for cancelled orders. So, start the delivery process as soon as the order is received so that you can avoid cancellations.
Customers can return an item only if you have specified that the item can be returned and have set a specific time period for the return after the product has been delivered. When customers want to return an item, we will notify you and you can find these orders in the “returns” tab in the Orders section. You can view the return request for a particular order and then choose whether to accept or decline the return. If you decide to decline the return request, you must provide a clear reason for not accepting it.
