To begin shopping on Santhe, the first thing you need to do is download and install the Santhe App from Google Play. You can do this by clicking on the download button provided below.

After you have successfully downloaded the app, you can create a profile on Santhe App in less than 60 seconds by following the instructions provided on the following page: “Install and Register on Santhe App”

After creating your profile , follow below steps to place an order with your local shops and retailers.

1. Explore local shops

• On your home screen, you will have an option to browse through local grocery shops, provision stores, departmental stores, Fruits and vegetable shops, stationary shops, chicken and meat shops.
• You can look at only the shops that deliver to your address.
• You can use the search function on this screen to find a list of shops that sell the products you are looking for.

2. Add your products to shopping cart

• Once you have found the local shops that sell the items you are looking for, go through the details of the shops and the items they sell.
• Make sure to check if the shop is doing home delivery or not. If a shop is not doing home delivery, but still giving best prices, you can choose to place the order and pick up the items yourselves.
• In the Shop details screen, you can search for the products you are looking for and then look up the description, pictures and prices and then add them to your shopping cart.

3. Check out and pay

• Once you have finished adding all the items you need to your shopping cart, you can then proceed to check out.
• Make sure that all the information you entered, including your delivery and billing addresses, is correct on the check out screen. On this screen, you can also view any extra costs such as convenience fees and delivery charges, if applicable.
• Once everything is okay, please go ahead and make the payment. Select the payment method that you prefer and finish the payment. Your payments will be processed securely, and you can be confident that all your payment information is protected and not shared with others.

4. Order Placed

• Once your payment is checked and confirmed, you will receive a confirmation of your order.
• Please go to the order details screen to view the information about your order.

Once your order is confirmed, the shop you ordered from will receive notifications. Make sure to pay attention to the notifications about the status of your order so you can know when it will be delivered. You can also call the shop to get updates and information about your order.
