- Open Santhe Merchant App
- Browse through the grocery lists
- Tap on the list to see the items in the list
- Beware of time limit to answer
Santhe Customers can send you a list of groceries from any of the following categories; Rice & Grains, Dal & Pulses, Atta & Flours, Salt & Sugar, Spices, Masalas, Oil & Ghee, Coffee & Tea, Milk & Dairy, Accompaniments, Eggs, Meat & Fish, Baking Essentials, Breakfast, Ready to cook, Ready to Eat, Personal Care, Health Care, Home Care, Vegetables, Fruits, Bread & Biscuits, Sweets, Munchies, Dry Fruits & Nuts, Beverages and Baby Care. When a list is sent to you, you will get a notification on your phone, so enable notifications to never miss a chance to win new customers.
Send an offer
add prices to grocery list and send offer
- Go through the list items
- Add your prices for each item
- Make sure to add your best price
- Add any additional notes if required
- Once an offer is sent, it cannot be modified
Add prices to all items in the list and make your best offer. Once an offer is sent, the customer will be notified. You can then see the customer details and the customer can also see your details as well to be able to contact you for any clarifications. Make sure to follow up with the customer when you have sent an offer for their Grocery list.


Offer Accepted
Customer has accepted your Offer
- If Customer accepts your offer, you will be notified
- Open the Santhe Merchant App
- Contact the customer via phone or chat
- Discuss about payment and delivery time
- Delivery the items and collect payment
If you have sent best offer for the customers’ grocery list, it has better chances of being accepted. Once an offer is accepted, go to the Santhe Merchant App to locate the grocery list and get the customer details. Call the customer to deliver the grocery items and get the payment.
